SEIPI Sets 2026 Direction at Networking Committees Planning Session
ALABANG – January 27, 2026. The Semiconductor and Electronics Industries in the Philippines Foundation, Inc. (SEIPI) convened industry leaders for its 2026 Networking Committee (NWC) Planning Session at the Quest Plus Conference Center Manila in Filinvest City, Alabang. The full-day session brought together NWC officers, partners, and key stakeholders to align strategies, finalize priorities, and strengthen collaboration across the semiconductor and electronics sector.
The planning session underscored SEIPI’s role as a unifying platform that connects industry leaders and drives collective action for the year ahead.
The event was supported by its sponsors: FUJIFILM Business Innovation Philippines Corporation, Helix Software Technologies Corporation, and Kaizen Leadership Asia.
The session officially opened with welcome remarks from SEIPI President Dr. Dan Lachica, who congratulated the newly elected officers and emphasized the importance of leadership, service, and collaboration within the organization.

The program featured SEIPI updates, notably the recent import and export report on the Philippine semiconductor and electronics sector. This was followed by a team-building session facilitated by Kaizen Leadership Asia, led by the company’s co-founder and CEO, Mr. Mike Grogan
Following the team-building session, resource speakers from Fujifilm Business Innovation Philippines Corporation and Helix Software Technologies Corporation shared insights on digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and innovation.
The speakers included Mr. Tirthankar Sen, Manager of Service Management, and Ms. Gelique Malonzo, Assistant Vice President and Business Services Sales Head of Fujifilm Business Innovation Philippines Corporation, as well as Ms. Evangeline Soleno, General Manager of Helix Software Technologies Corporation.
During the afternoon breakout sessions, participants worked together to finalize their 2026 priorities, projects, and their T.R.A.I.N.S. projects. Ensuring alignment with SEIPI’s overall objectives. The session culminated in the announcement of the 2026 NWC and COP officers and the presentation of activity plans across various councils of the industry, including safety, engineering, quality and productivity, IT, logistics, finance, purchasing, training, and human resources.
SEIPI also recognized outstanding committee performance, commending four Networking Committees that achieved a 100 percent accomplishment rate in 2025. These were the ASEMEP Quality & Productivity Council (AQ&PC), the Association of SEIPI Purchasing Members (ASPM), the Association of Logistics Managers (ASLM), and the Association of SEIPI Finance Executives (ASEFEX).
SEIPI President Dr. Dan Lachica noted that these achievements reflect the strong leadership, commitment, and execution demonstrated by NWC and Community of Practice (COP) officers, setting a benchmark for excellence within the organization.
The planning session concluded with SEIPI, together with its NWCs and COPs, reaffirming its commitment to advancing key initiatives in 2026. With a shared direction and aligned priorities, the organization laid a strong foundation for sustained collaboration and meaningful progress across the Philippine semiconductor and electronics sector.
