ASPA is the networking committee tasked in managing and policing ethical hiring practices within the industry as well as serving as a networking venue for best known labor relation practices and information source for the industry on other labor related matters. Its vision is to reinforce the transition of the organization to become strategic business partners (SBPs) of the semiconductor and electronics industry.
